SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICIES

ORDER PROCESSING:

1.All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of order. Orders placed on Fridays after 5 p.m. m. EST and over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
2. We offer standard and express shipping via reliable courier services. Shipping times may vary depending on customer location. Shipping details and delivery times will be provided at checkout.
3. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and delivery location. Exact costs will be shown at checkout.
4. We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
For international shipping outside of these areas, please contact our customer service team for more information.
5. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. This number will allow you to track your package in real time.

REFUND POLICY:

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Products must be returned in their original and unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error on our company’s part.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Some products, such as personal care items, opened makeup products, perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. They are not eligible for refund for hygiene reasons.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
*Some health and again personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
*Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)
6. Only full price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at: [email protected]. To return your product, write to us by email.

8. Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

9. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
